Songwriter Truc Ho is one of the authors of Bên Em Đang Có Ta. Truc Ho is a successful Vietnamese American musician. He is the CEO of Saigon Broadcasting Television Network, a 24-hour Vietnamese cable television show, and the producer of Asia Entertainment, Inc. Since 2000, he has dedicated all royalties to his music to the Bên Em Đang Có Ta Foundation.

Asia products are distributed worldwide.
Attorney Do Phu is the founding senior partner of the firm of Do Phu & Anh Tuan. Mr Do has devoted most of his time trying jury cases since 1997. His experiences in trial work involve both criminal defense and civil litigation. Mr Do is also the Vice President of Saigon Broadcasting Television Network.
Attorney Tuan Anh Nguyen is a managing partner for Do Phu & Anh Tuan, A Professional Law Corporation. He is responsible for personal injury and civil litigation and has more than five years of experience as the head investigator for copyright infringements for leading entertainment and music companies. Mr Nguyen also served as an officer, First Lieutenant in the U.S. Army, Armored Division.
Ms Xuan Trang Nguyen is the co-founder of the BEDCT Child Sponsorship Program. She is currently the Compliance Officer at Veolia Water Australia and a Representative of VOICE in Australia.
Ms Thuy Duong Nguyen is the co-founder of the BEDCT Child Sponsorship Program. She is the current Executive Director of VOICE, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, working on issues relating to refugee protection and counter-trafficking of Vietnamese women and children in Cambodia. Thuy Duong is also an emcee for Asia Entertainment Inc.
Mr Vuong Kevin Nguyen pertained to the stateless Vietnamese population in the Philippines up until 2002 when he resettled to Australia with his family. In 2006, Vuong came back to the Philippines to volunteer for one year, aiding the remaining stateless Vietnamese to seek a durable solution in Canada. Vuong is currently a law student at Western Sydney University.
